Roku Team, For the second time I used email us option to get my order status or shipping information.. the product order is not working and I already being charged. It is showing the order but the order detail doesn’t work. Page not found error.

I have a serious issue with Roku. I just found out that The Great Courses has been taking my money without my consent. I did not even applied for free trial. I need my money back.
also Acorn has been taking $5.99 every month since December 2019. I never turn them on not even one day. They are cashing on me. This is fraud.
Took me an hour to find this info for my own problem, thought I would share. Roku is short staffed right now.
