Channel add and search problems

Hi,

I am a new user of Roku Express (3930x), I have installed my roku has been with the latest version 9.4.0.4200-AE, bought new from Amazon. I live in Santo Domingo - Dominican Republic, I have added certain channels such as Netflix and others, I have my Prime Video, HBO Go and Disney Plus subscriptions but I cannot make these channels available, I can only add them via the web from my pc, the other problem is that from Roku does not appear to me the option to search for channels by name but only by category one by one. Looking for help, I already factory reset it, even deleting my account record and nothing. Please to tell me how to add these channels and the option to search for channels by name.

Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region. 

 

Please note that Roku Search is available in English only in Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States and Roku Search is also available in Spanish in Mexico and the United States.
