How do I change the "My Roku Devices" on the Community homepage when I first login?
I have looked at my setting and profile but cannot find it. It currently shows my old device and I want to update it. It's minor but it bugs me everytime I login.
Have you gone to https://my.roku.com and confirmed the devices listed at the bottom are correct? If so, it may take a little while for things to update. I recently added a new model and am awaiting its appearance on the Community page. However, since what is showing matched the Roku account page data, I assumed the data came from that, and that an update there would eventually propagate to the Community page.
Thanks. Yes the device listed at the bottom of the my.roku.com page is the correct and current one. It’s been about 2 months since I activated it so who knows how it gets updated on the community website.
When I go to community.roku.com it shows the old 4630
When I go to my.roku.com/account it shows the new (month old) Ultra
@KrisM Yeah, it won't update. It's showing devices I've retired and removed from my account. It doesn't seem to automatically update. It's been mentioned for some time, and nothing has been done. Roku doesn't seem to consider that a priority, as it really doesn't matter. It is irritating though. I'd rather they remove it from displaying altogether if it won't update correctly.
