unt Plus advertises that an NFL game is on LIVE NOW...BUT THAT IS A LIE. i CANNOT NEGATE THE $4.99

WHY WONT ROKU LET ME CANCEL THE SUBSCRUPTION WHEN THEY FAIL TO PLAY WHAT THEY ADVERTIZE IS ON "LIVE NOW?"
