unsuccessful at adding a channel

Tried adding ION and input the 6 digit code on my computer. It indicates it was added, went back to the tv and it's asking for a 10 digit username. I have no idea where that it.

We'd be happy to help you add the iON TV app on your Roku and provide further information on how to access this using your account.

Just to clarify, are you trying to add this to your Home screen via The Roku Channel Store? If so, did you see it successfully added? Also, for channel authentication, we highly suggest reaching out to the channel provider themselves for further assistance.

Please note that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication, and many Roku channels are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.
