Hi. Relatively new to streaming on my Roku TV. I subscribed to prime video. I used it a little. It just reupped itself on my debit card. That's fine. I just don't want it anymore. Everything i have done to try and cancel the subscription hasn't worked. Which is nothing. I have googled How to cancel prime video and done everything i have found. There is nowhere to cancel this subscription. When i go onto the channel on my home screen and hit the star on the remote it doesnt have anything to cancel the channel. Only remove update and whatever else. Not what i want. i have gone to amazons website. Says i dont have a prime sub. It's like they want you to get frustrated so you just dont cancel and keep paying without using it. I refuse to do that. I will not stop until i cancel this prime video subscription that keeps recurring and i will never get anything to do with Amazon video again. This has caused me a couple hours of frustration already because everything i have found i have done. Yet there is no option to cancel the dam subscription. Please help. Thank you in advanced for any replies or help anyone gives me.

I assume you checked your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?

Does the description for the charge on your debit card specify "Roku" anywhere?

I didn't even realize there was Prime Video without Amazon Prime.  (It looks like there is, but the video alone costs about as much as Prime itself.)  Have you tried this page?
