Can you be more specific? Did you subscribe directly with BritBox, or through Roku? You say it works on your Roku, is that with the BritBox app or through The Roku Channel? You say you can log into your account on a computer: is that the user account you can access or actually view the streaming content? What brand of TV is it not working on?
