Two weeks ago my three different roku units stopped streaming Locast in the chicago area . Connect with locast tech,followed their instructions to no avail . I also have a fire stick which is working fine .
Powered down the roku and TVs, removed and reinstalled the channel , clear the cache on the TVs, verified the IPv4 address and activation code. Over and over with no progress, Locast will except the codes , then prompt you to go to channel at this time , it starts the " fetch process" then reverts back to the main locast logo . Locast tends to respond with cookie cutter answers which are no help .

One thing I'm seeing that might make a difference. The order of things is critical on reinstalling apps.
Any other order can invalidate the reinstallation, leaving a bad/corrupt install in place. Try that, and see if that makes a difference.
