Why are multi-part episodes not run in sequence?  Someone either is not paying attention or does not know what they are doing because tonight May 5th, there are two "part 2" episodes schedule together from different years.  Where is the parts 1?  Other days, part 1 is shown and part is never scheduled!  Please get your act together and do a proper schedule.  Thanks

PS where the heck is customer service - despite post that claim you can contact them  - it is impossible.

Silent Witness is available on several different channel apps.  Which one are you attempting to watch it on?

Channel 519 of live tv is continually scheduling episodes of Silent Witness  is disarray.  A random selection does not work when part 1 and part 2 of an episodes is broken up.  Right now, 9pm may 11th the channel is airing Season 3 episode 4, part 1, and next it will show an episode from season 16 !  Even a child can tell that most of this series is made of of multiple part episodes if they bothered to look.  Absolutely unacceptable.  This must be corrected or Roku will have one less subscriber soon (if they care).
