The Spectrum TV app suddenly stopped working on all of the Roku devices in my house within the past week. Every time I open the Spectrum TV app, I receive the following error message: "Spectrum TV cannot be purchased on Roku at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to make it available soon."
I have tried everything I can think of: uninstalling and reinstalling the Spectrum TV app, checking for Roku system updates, restarting my modem/router, doing a factory reset of the Roku device. Nothing that I have tried has resolved the error. I tried contacting Spectrum on several occasions, and Spectrum directed me to contact Roku to determine a solution.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem? Thank you.
I have this issue too! I spoke to spectrum September about this and contacting them again today. I do know a workaround but it only lasts a few weeks or months
