On ROKU channel, on demand movie titled "HG WELL'S WAR OF THE WORLD" (2005) the Closed Captioning is almost exactly 1 hour behind the audio/video of the movie.
Just this movie. Not everything else. Don't tell me to turn everything off and back on (this is Windows). Doesn't matter what the devices are. Doesn't matter how far the Roku devices are from my routers. No, I will not make a video of the movie to send you. I will not supply more info. I've been down that road and it never helps.
Please report this to the appropriate people, and maybe it will be fixed. This has worked before.

I went to therokuchannel.roku.com, searched for "War Of the Worlds", selected HG WELL'S WAR OF THE WORLDS, went an hour ahead, turned on closed captions, and verified that this is an issue with this movie and it's not related to you. Perhaps (because I haven't done this myself), the best way to go about reporting this is to go to support.roku.com, select "Channels & viewing," select "I don't see my product here" (you may have to click that twice if nothing happens) and then you'll see "Chat with us." I didn't go beyond this so I'm not sure what happens next, but I would think a chat box would come up and you could talk directly to a representative (or chatbot).
