Paramount plus says it is a roku matter and roku says it is a paramount plus matter.
This is what I wrote to roku and paramount plus: I have already been on the phone with paramount plus for an hour after chatting with your support for 30 minutes. I am subscribed to paramount plus on my roku ultra and have been watching paramount plus for a long time. Today it will not let me sign in. My roku ser number is yj007e855693 and my software is up to date. all other channels work just fine on roku but when I go to paramount plus starting today it just goes to a page that says, get started, watch for free, and sign out. When I hit get started it takes me to another page that says, "you are already subscribed to paramount plus on this roku device so just go and sign in." but there is no where to sign in and when I sign out and sign back in, it goes back to same page and it acts like I am signed in, yet cannot get any paramount content. Your people told me it was up to paramount to fix this, and paramount told me it was up to roku since I am subscribed thru roku. I am in the middle so please escalate this and get me back up.
