We currently subscribe to HBO Max, Acorn, and BritBox through Roku. We subscribe to Hulu directly. Is there a way to move the Hulu subscription to Roku so it's all part of one payment?

There's no way to move it; you have to cancel with Hulu and then subscribe through Roku. To be honest, I'd go the other way and subscribe directly with each provider, but to each his own.
