I know this however Roku does not have a contact for this company. As it worked out, they fixed the problem last night.
This payment was debited off the payment listed on my Roku account, I don't make a payment directly to Pure Digital like I would to Disney or Netflix. My complaint about Roku is that if they are going to offer the channel in their channel store, they should have a phone number or an email to contact them. Trying to search for them online has been impossible. Thank you.
Again this is not any responsibility of Roku's.
Since the required remedy for any Channel issue falls on the developer to correct the issue, and it is the directive to the end-user to contact the Channel developer to inform/inquire of them of any issues, Roku should be requiring all Channel developers to provide a means of contact by email or phone to the end-user. This should be especially so when a paid subscription is involved.

They do. I've actually received phone calls from users. How they got my number out of Roku I have no idea. The problem isn't that Roku doesn't require developers to provide a means of contact. The problem is Roku makes it (almost) impossible for users to find that information.
I have certainly had to go hunting for contact info in various search engines when trying to help some users. I have previously had no luck in finding Classic Reels info online.
Regardless, looks like Classic Reels added a new box in their Channel/app (or I had missed it previously) situated amongst its content in upper left corner. (basically first box if you hover over).
It directs users to call 408-556-9391 for any Billing Adjustments of Questions. This is basically Roku's own contact information. (https://www.roku.com/about/contact), where you can then choose the appropriate option.
Maybe they can provide more info as to any additional support.
Thank you. I did check two days ago and was able to login to Classic Reel. They advised that they had to make upgrades to meet new Roku requirements and also gave the Roku support number for billings. At least it finally gave me the option to remove the channel and I will just start over again since I had already cancelled my subscription. Thank you for all of your information 🙂
408-556-9391 is the phone number for Roku's legal dept. Stephen Kay.
Roku is just not very with it's wording on the site. If you call the number, you will be presented billing options, some support options, and the legal department.
Gotcha. I honestly would never need to call Roku. I only use the most popular channels and up to date ones. I have YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, ESPN, Disney+, HBO Max, PlutoTV, Tubi. Crackle, YouTube, Vudo and Redbox
