Above it says: "THIS IS A NON-CERTIFIED CHANNEL" and Roku removed those yesterday. You can try to contact the creator to see if they are in the process of creating a certified channel.
There is a replacement channel for the IsraTV private channel, its called "Live from Israel". You can access this channel directly from the roku device, select Streaming Channels, go to Search Channels, and enter "Live from Israel" and add the channel.
