My you tube app in not showing previews when browsing in the app. The previews did work when I signed out, but as soon as I sign back in they don't work anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled the Youtube app but still have the same issue. My software is up to date and I have restarted the Roku. The previews are working on my Macbook Pro on the youtube webpage.
Roku 4802X - Roku Ultra
software version 11.5 - build 4312-C2

It’s definitely a roku issue and not youtube. The previews run fine on all other devices with YouTube installed but will not on the roku. You guys need to figure out what the issue is and fix it.
Greeting @MaryA1,
Thanks for reaching out here at Roku Community.
Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. And as discussed to ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Nimfa
I have done all of the steps to fix the issue. Nothing worked. That’s why I commented on the first place. As I said it works on all other devices with no problems.
Thanks for following up.
We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Have you tried contacting Youtube Support to report the issue and request additional assistance? Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves.
We'll be sure to share your feedback with the channel developer to let them know about the issue you're running into. We'd recommend continuing to follow up with them about their channel on the Roku platform for further news and status updates.
Regards,
Nimfa
