Hi everyone,

If you are still seeing this issue occur after following the troubleshooting step above, please provide us with the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

And as replied to multiple times . . . it's NOT on OUR end, it's on YOURS!
+1 for this occuring. YT will work for a week, then stop. I have to delete and re-add and it will work for a few days/a week and I have to do again. This had been for weeks. Im up to date. Model 3900X here, software 10.0.0 build 4195-51
I realize it’s a hot issue, but support needs help with a tone check. Happy to send along my resume if you guys need a new support lead.
Issue is intermittent. Having to reinstall every 1-2 days. Getting a little irritating having to reinstall and re-sign-in that often.

YouTube does not work at all. I have reset, uninstalled and still nothing. No updates either.
YouTube has been sporadically not loading for a while now. I read a fix that suggests you delete and reinstall, which worked. Problem is, I am about to do it for the third time and it is getting old. Any idea when they are fixing this??
Google is responsible for the YouTube channel, so they are the only one that can answer the question. That said, Google is famous for their channel working poorly on older devices. It was the first channel that became completely unusable on my old 2 XS, which has now been stuffed in a drawer for years. You didn't state what model Roku you have, but Google's track record shows they don't seem to care about supporting devices as they age. YouTube still works just fine on all my current Roku devices, but none are older than about 4-5 years at this time.
Specs with YouTube issue
Roku device model 3900x - Roku Express
Serial number Yg0078779754
Device ID C33827779754
Software v.10.0.0 build 4209-51
- only affects YouTube channel v.2.20 build 93005141
- affects YouTube sporadically, I do not watch everyday, so cannot replicate.
And you are...?
So as a platform, Roku shouldn't be working with content providers to ensure it works on Rokus platform, as the later has advertised?
Do you provide the same forgiveness to Shaw or Rogers cable TV platform when channels don't work, currently or in the past? Yeesh.
