Yep, it keeps happening on a regular basis. It's  frustrating to pay $64.99 a month and can't access the You Tube service on Roku!!! Please resolve the dispute between Roku and YouTube TV. I'm  not happy  with having to access YouTube TV through the YouTube app, either. I tried the fixes, it works for a day or so then it vomes back!

I have tried the settings/system update as advised on here. I still am getting the same error message saying YouTube TV "cannot be installed & to check my connection". I have checked my connection probably 10 times in the past 4 days - it IS connected. I am ready to cancel YouTube TV - am paying too much to not be able to watch what I want.

I too, have tried everything suggested as I'm experiencing the same issue, and it's not helping! YouTube will not launch.

Yes SO FrustratinG!  My YouTube channel disappeared.  I searched and tried to download.  Roku screen freezes at “0% Loading” screen.  I’ve reset twice. No difference.

Got it working, so what I did, and who knows which part fixed it, is:
- uninstalled youtube app
- went to settings > system > power > restart
- re-installed youtube app (still didn't work)
- went to settings > system > update and did an update (there was one)
- tried opening youtube (got a black screen)
- went to settings > system > power > restart (again)
- tried opening youtube (got a black screen again)
- tried opening youtube (WORKED!)

Roku does not develop the Youtube app. Apparently, Youtube is aware of the issue.

Probably not ideal to some, but resetting device back to factory settings might work.

Note that this applies to the Youtube app. If you have issues with the Youtube TV app, you won't be able to add it back if it is removed.

Why are you assuming it's Roku? I have Youtube on all my devices and have no issues.

Having the same issue at random for the past week. Every other channel launches without a problem but YouTube does not. I hear the beep after pressing to open and nothing happens. I’ve done all the suggested solutions and it still isn’t working.

Works on both my TCL Roku TVs and my Roku Ultra. So, what make you think it is a Roku issue?

Based on what I have read, including tweets from Youtube, they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix but no ETA was provided.
