Roku needs to remember it's core business is selling a Device that provides access to streaming services. It should not be a competing streaming service. I don't need Roku to protect me from a streaming service., but to just give me access to the streaming services I want.
You can rest assured whatever Google is doing, it's impacting Roku's business interest, more than our customer interest.
HBO, Peacock, Spectrum, and now Google TV. The issue is clearly Roku trying to compete with these streaming services with their own Roku channel service and other interests.
Roku needs to get back to just selling Devices and not being its own streaming service, as we can go elsewhere to access major streaming services Roku says they are "protecting" us from.
