We would recommend the following steps to see if it helps you with your issue:
- sign out of your channel (if you are currently logged in)
- remove the channel from your Home screen
- restart the Roku device
- add the channel back again
- re-authenticate the channel with your credentials
As stated previously, if you are still experiencing an issue with accessing the channel, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
