Xfinity app issue connecting?

This is a dumb answer!!!!! They didn't say it's a connection issue only. They ( and I ) only get disconnected when trying to access the xfinity app!!! All the other apps are fine but the xfinity bumps me out of wifi on the whole box.... this is something that needs fixed on rokus end .

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve what you are experiencing? Have you already tried to remove the Xfinity channel, restart your Roku device, then add it back again to see if that helps?
