What model number is your roku. I think it might be outdated. ive been checking compatable models and cant find any. Xfinity gave me some numbers but I cant find them anywhere.

Mines been doing it sibce 11/24. im thinking rokus outdated. Xfinity listed some model numbers that they said were compatable but I cant find them anywhere. Not even from roku.

Fixed now.  Xfiniti had updated issues. Hopefully it’s is working now.

I got it. GO to xfinity stream remove it from your channels then go to streaming channels and reinstall it

I removed it then reinstalled it.

Does anyone have problem live streaming on TV (via Roku) with Xfinity wifi-connection?  This seems to be the problem i'm facing now.   Thanks for your input.
