Wrong Ip address tried everything

I have Hulu running thru my Roku it been working fine until the power outage now my live TV in hulu is showing the wrong state. RI but it should be CT. I talked to my Internet provider and my IP address shows the correct location then I reset my router. and the Roku box, check the IP address of my router and it shows the correct location but no luck so far. Hulu was not much help either. Next I  used the Hulu app on my tablet using the same router( only one we have),same log in wifi etc.as Roku uses and on the tablet Hulu is correct.So I narrowed it down to my Roku any idea's.

Roku players and TVs do not have location services. They rely on your IP address to obtain locations. A Roku TV has the option to enter a zip code. Roku players do not. The reason you have the proper locals on your tablet is cause the tablet has location services. Since this happened after a power outage that is indicating you do not have a local IP address. Roku and Hulu cannot help you. You need to call your ISP. Here is a helpful link from Hulu.
