Why do I get redirected to ??

I live in South Africa. I purchased my Roku device on Amazon US. After logging into my account I get redirected to and channels like Amazon Prime is missing although it is available on other devices, so not a region thing. Why? Is there a fix? Please advise.

Thanks for the post. 

Currently, South Africa is not an official supported region for Roku that is why you are unable to add Amazon Prime. You can activate any Roku Player or TV to any Roku account, however, channel availability/access will vary from region to region. Channels that are currently available in any given region are certified for the Roku devices sold in that region.

For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about which Roku devices support their channel (app) in your current region.
