I signed up and setup my AMC+ account, thru AMC+ directly. My Roku recently updated and reset itself. Now when I try to log into the app, it won't let me log into without it taking me to a payment screen, even though I prepaid the account until about Aug. 2023. It still lets me log into the AMC+ app on my phone, but not the roku. What do I do?
If you're trying to access it through "The Roku Channel" try using the stand-alone channel/app. If you're already doing that then what happens when you launch the AMC+ channel/app? Does it offer a "sign in" option?
