You described the TV with two separate terms that mean very different things. We need to find which actually applies; both cannot.
A "Roku TV" is not the same as a "Roku-Ready TV" (or "Roku Ready TV").
Roku Ready TVs were TVs sold a few years back that included an MHL port (a variation of HDMI). The Roku MHL Stick (models 3400 & 3420) were designed for that.
Roku TVs are smart TVs that use the Roku platform as the "smarts."
You won't find Fox News Channel available for Roku Ready TVs. You should find Fox News Channel available on Roku TVs in the US.
What TV is it? And what Model and Software Version show in Settings > System > About ?
