Episodes not really missing, just kind of mislabeled and misplaced in the Episode listings when watching on the Roku Channel.  They are all there, just a bit jumbled.  You can use this link for reference in order to watch them in their proper order/ air dates.  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Rookie_Blue_episodes)

"Season 5:  Episodes 14,15,18,19 are missing" - Season 5 only had 11 episodes.  So really episodes 12 and 13 are really Season 6, episodes 1 and 2.  Episode 16 and 17 is really Season 6, episodes 5 and 6.  Episode 20 is really Season 6, episode 9.

"Season 6:  Episodes 1,2,5,6,9 are missing" - As you can see, these aren't missing, they are just wrongly listed under Season 5 and playing out of order.  The episodes under Season 6 are completely out of order but using the above Wikipedia article, can see they are at least all there.

Does sometimes happen.  Normally do not use IMdb as they are often inaccurate in their episode listings, but this time shows the same as the Wiki page. (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1442065/episodes)

Irritating when it occurs, but hope this helps you.
