Why am I not able to watch stock market videos like Meet kevin on my tv with roku and i v

Viewing YouTube, why is YouTube stock market videos like MeetKevin not playing on my Roku stick tv? They play on my smart tv with You Tube access?

Which Roku Stick do you have attached to your TV? Get the model number from Settings > System > About

When you say not playing, do you mean you select them but they don't play, or that they aren't listed at all?

They are not listed and I search for the videos, like Meetkevin, and they do not come up. On my smart tv they are in stocks category.

Not sure, I bought a Roku stick on Amazon for $39.

What else is going on that you aren't telling us? We asked for the model number by going to Settings > System > About but you haven't done that. I assume you're unable to? So what other issues are you having? Is the remote not working correctly? Is the menu missing some items? Those other issues could help determine the cause of the problem and the solution.
