Paramount has released current seasons of Yellowstone on the Paramount cable/satellite network, and can be streamed on the Paramount (not Paramount Plus) app, one week at a time. This is the "TV Everywhere" app available to those who are paying for it via a cable/satellite/etc paid subscription that carries Paramount.
If they follow through with past practice, season 4 also will be made available on Peacock (not Paramount Plus) some time after the final episode for the season has been shown on Paramount. The 10th and final episode will air on Paramount this Sunday, January 2, 2022. How long one will have to wait before it shows up on Peacock I don't know.
If you just can't wait, you can view Yellowstone season 4 on Amazon Prime for $18.99, and most likely some other services as well.
