Where to Locate Firmware for My Roku Device

I have a Roku Ultra and I am having problems with the picture freezing but the audio continues.

I have seen where you can update using a USB device but I cannot find out where to download the firmware.

I have another Roku Ultra that is rarely used so I swapped the Ultras out and I still have the freezing problem.

I have been on Beta programs in the past and if that's what it takes to gain access to FW, I'll sign up.

Any suggestions since it seems like there is no more support options?

There is no way to update through USB. That is only for media playback. You can go to settings/system/update and see if there are newer updates. Not sure if there is Beta program for regular users.

Updating via USB is only available for Roku TVs.
