Your Roku has no provisions for recording anything. The recording is being done by whatever channel you are using to access your local content, on the channel's own servers.
You need to be directing your question to the operators of whatever channel you are using to access this content.
Although, if you tell us what channel you are using, there may be someone here familiar with it that can make some suggestions. A couple of things you could start with now to speed things up and head off some questions later would be:
- Who is your internet provider?
- Go to an IP location site like https://www.iplocation.net/ to see where the IP number assigned by your internet provider indicates you are located. Does it accurately represent your location?
