When I try to add channels, they don't get added and just load

Any time I try to add a channel to my Roku TV, it just loads forever and the channel doesn't get added. I have no idea what's going wrong. We recently moved and the TV just got set up last night. I can navigate the Roku menu and other features of the TV have been working, but I've tried adding two separate channels to no avail. If I can get any assistance, that would be appreciated. If it's necessary, we tested ABC and PBS kids and we live in the U.S.

Have you tried going to signing in, and adding apps from there?
