What happened to House S5 | E1 : Dying Changes Everything?

Episode 1 of the fifth season of the series House, titled Dying Changes Everything, is currently unavailable on The Roku Channel.  I have been able to watch this entire series in the past.  I am wondering why, recently, this episode is unavailable?
