I'm unsure what you are using for the weather screensaver. When I look in the channel store, I see one with a subscription, not a flat fee. But odds are the channel/screensaver is not a product of Roku themselves, so you would need to take your issues to the developer. Since I don't know exactly what product you're using, I can't point you towards the actual provider.
