I paid for Walter Presents and it does not work. I have tried all the suggestions. When you chat with Roku they can not fix it either. Someone please help.

Its been 5 days now, each day the tell me to do the updates and they say its fixed and it is NOT. They send me an email to update the system etc and end the email with issue resolved w/o even waiting for me to tell them if it was.
