My Viki Rakuten app will open but the moment I select a video to resume or start new, it gets stuck loading infinitely.
I already used * to Remove App, then restarted my Roku TV, then reinstalled the Viki app via the store. I have done this troubleshooting multiple times but still nothing.
I also initiated a issue report tracker. Details are below.

If you have "Settings > System > Power > Fast TV Start" enabled on your TV and you restart the set by turning it off and back on, you don't get a full reset. Instead try resetting via "Settings > System > Power > System restart" or just pull the power plug for a few seconds.
