1.4.2022 - my Roku Express all of a sudden stopped loading VUDU. All I get is a blank screen. All my other channels load just fine - so it is not bandwidth. There is evidently no customer/agent support where I can chat with an agent about this specific problem. Any success out there?

In some cases, removing the affected channel then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.

I was directed by Roku to try uninstalling VUDU, restarting the Roku device - and then reloading VUDU. I tried just restarting the device and it worked. Settings > System > System restart > Restart.

I’ve tried to uninstall, restart, reinstall, it didn’t work. I tried it twice, so I tried to log out, then back in and THAT worked
