I have had an MLB subscription for years, and I have been watching games on Roku for the past couple of years.
I typically go to Roku to watch the day's game late at night. Last night when I went to MLB, my Roku account would not let me watch the day's game. The only way I could get access was to Upgrade my MLB account.
The problem is that my account was upgraded and paid for back on April 10. I have watched every game every night until last night, when I suddenly couldn't access the game.
I called MLB.com and spoke to a tech there for an hour. He verified my account was in good standing, so we tried several different things. Signed in and out. Still a problem. We removed MLB from Roku and then put it back. Still a problem. We went to Roku's settings and did a factory reset. Still a problem. As far as MLB is concerned, my account is in good standing and something in Roku is causing the problem.
I can't talk to anybody at Roku, so I'm here trying to find a solution.
