When you put it like that, sure. But still I find it strange that such basic function as search is dependent on a region.
I've created a feature request on https://community.roku.com/t5/Suggest-a-Feature/Enable-search-in-channels-worldwide/m-p/828603#M7493.
Here's perhaps a little bit more that may indicate some of the issues.
Keep in mind that Roku itself is only supported in 17 countries/regions:
Those are the only places where Roku is sold through official channels. Anywhere else is officially unsupported. So, search will not work outside those areas, unless Roku is able to enter into sistribution agreements and pass government requirements to sell the devices there.
All English speaking countries where Roku is sold also have Search available. So, English is covered.
The issue is with other languages. There is no French search capability (Canada, France). There is no German search (Germany). Those would require development to allow search in those languages. It's not so simple as pressing a button. That's work. And yes, Roku needs to do it.
The issue as I see it is that limited Spanish search capability. Most of the rest of the countries speak Spanish, and Roku only supports USA and Mexico. I know that Portuguese is spoken in Brazil, but is the primary language in the other countries listed. I do not know why Roku hasn't been able to implement search there. I don't know enough about the differences in the version of Spanish spoken in all those countries. I know that the Portuguese spoken in Brazil has some major differences between what is spoken in Portugal, but am unsure how much difference there is between the Spanish languages spoken in those 10 Spanish speaking countries where search is not available.
Hopefully, Roku will be able to remedy this, and your request, while unlikely to be implemented (worldwide, since Roku isn't sold worldwide), would cover the 13 countries that don't have search. That should be done.

My Roku account is in Unites States, it is manage by OTTFeed that is also in United States. Im on SDK platform and sill i DO NOT HAVE SEARCH tab. Regardless where Im long in - computer, TV, phone, it is all the same.
my IP address is Los Angeles which is also US.
So what is the EXUSE for NON FUNCTION?

What does that mean? OTTFeed is a service, completely unrelated to Roku, that is for development of apps. If you're an app developer using that service, then you're in the wrong forum. Try the Developer Forum.
This is the forum for general Roku users. You know, where you have your own free Roku account? Where you have the search feature as part of the main menu in the USA? You know, that one?
I assume you also have a standard Roku account (unrelated to that third party service) and a Roku device attached to that device. If so, does the Search feature not exist?
