I am having the same problem. I use the activation: www.sciencechannel.com/link, I put the code in, and get the message: NOT FOUND. I have followed every instruction to the letter. I am able to get the other GO channels. I have tried this many times, removing the channel, unplugging the ROKU device, restarting from settings, nothing is helping. I am at a total losss. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I can't even get to the provider list.
Totally frustrated.

Same here, it worked fine for a while. Then the key icon starts locking me out of content. So I remove my account info and now when I put it back in it gives and error code. Funny that the other go apps still work fine. Just the discovery Channel. I won't be buying their paid service when the service I'm already paying for doesn't work.
