Ultra LT / phantom remote

My ultra keeps keeps acting as if there's a Phantom remote in the vicinity... that keep shutting off the TV it keeps logging out of any of the apps that I've been in I've tried all the restarts & resets even did a factory reset nothing has worked.  HELP ME  its driving me crazy.

Is your Wi-Fi secured?  Are you using some public Wi-Fi?
