UNABLE TO DISASSOCIATE A COX COMMUNICATIONS RELATIONSHIP ON NBC CHANNEL

I accidentally associated my TV and Roku device with COX Communications when responding to NBC with a CODE provided to me on my TV/ Roku device after requesting to view an NBC rerun at NBC.com/Roku. I am now unable to disassociate my TV with COX and get an error message which is so small I am unable to read entirely except for some "cloud error". Please advise. Thanks!

Re: UNABLE TO DISASSOCIATE A COX COMMUNICATIONS RELATIONSHIP ON NBC CHANNEL

Cloudpath deals with logging you into your subscription to a channel that uses the Cloudpath service for its subscription management, such as the NBC/Universal family of channels.

Cloudpath errors are generally fixed by going into the channel on your Roku and finding the way to log/sign out. After signing out log/sign back in again to re-authenticate using your correct tv provider credentials.
