I want to add uk entertainment and it won't let me. What can I do?

What do you mean by "won't let me"?  Does it show up when you search under Streaming Channels?  Not all channels/apps are available in all regions, so where are you located?  Some channels/apps are only available on certain Roku models, so what is the model number displayed under Settings->System->About?

I had the channel at one point decided to delete it now when I try and add it all it says cannot install

Thank you. I was going crazy. Roku on third call told me to buy new Roku express which I did! I can return it. 

Yes, I watch all my good stuff on UK leisure channel.
