Hey Community,
We have two channels that won't load on ONE of our Roku tvs, Paramount+ and iFit. I tried updating the channels and removing then reinstalling, no go.
Any ideas?

Thanks for following up.
For clarification, have you made sure to restart your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back to ensure the process is successful? How long has the issue been occurring?
Re highlighted section of @RokuMary-F's response:
For a Roku TV, i.e. one with built-in Roku features, if you have the tv's Fast Start feature enabled (most users do) then turning the tv off and back on does NOT give you a complete restart. For this you must either:
Hi everyone,
This worked ONLY for the iFit channel, thank you!
But Paramount+ has no "remove channel" available, I don't understand that. We still cannot get this channel to load.
I fixed it but not sure I can accurately describe how..... Paramount+ appeared to be "loaded" but when I went to "Streaming Channels" and searched for it, it showed a download icon next to it. I re-downloaded it and viola! It works!!
Hi @CathieT,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help get you up and running.
A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:
1. Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device?
2. Does the issue only occur on Paramount plus and iFIT or all channels on your Roku device?
3. Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
4.What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?
In addition, have you make sure to restart your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back to ensure the process is successful.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for replying, answers below:
Roku TV (we have two Roku TVs, both channels work fine on the other one)
It is only these two channels
When I select either Paramount+ or iFit, they appear to try to load quickly but crash back to our Roku menu of channels instantly
I cannot provide a screenshot as it happens so fast. I can load a video but not sure that is accepted here

When highlighting a channel on home screen and pressing * key:
If this is a premium channel to which you subscribed through Roku, "Remove channel" will be replaced by "Manage subscription". Click this and follow the prompts to unsubscribe from this channel. (Don't worry. You'll still have use of it for the balance of your pre-paid subscription period. You can resubscribe then if you like.) Now the ”Remove channel" menu item will be back and you can remove the channel.

Interesting. I've never seen anything like that. I wonder if you get that in the short period between an updated version becoming available and it getting automatically downloaded in the daily update check.
