Trying to get my favorite channels and recently viewed stations on Spectrum

Approximately 2 weeks ago we noticed that we could not get our favorite channels that we saved and the recently viewed channels. I want to know how to get them back

Thanks for the post.

Is the issue you are experiencing within the Spectrum channel? If so, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. 

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
