I tried loading my Spectrum Streaming channel and it will not work...I have contacted spectrum and they cannot figure out whats wrong. I have unplug the tv and did a factory reset...Still not working

Does the issue only occur on Spectrum or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

Can you please provide more information such as what is your Roku model number and could you elaborate on what you mean by “Not working”
On Monday my Spectrum Streaming channel worked then on tuesday it stopped working. I have called spectrum and they could find no resolution to the issue. I keep getting Error RLP-999.
I have unplug the tv, did factory reset and removed channel and readded. I just bought this tv in Nov. 2021 no issues until now
