If that doesn't work for you, the next question is, where are you located and what's the model number of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About?
There's something weird about that app. Roku discontinued private channels a few years ago, but that appears to be what it is. It could be a "beta" app, but those are limited to 20 users and also time-limited.
