Time on streaming channels incorrect

The time for programs is about 4 hours ahead. I have checked the time on my settings and it is set correctly for my time zone. I have restarted in settings and it worked until I picked a channel and then it went back to being 4 hours ahead. What else can I do. It’s barely a year old 😡

Thank you for bringing to our attention that the time on your streaming channel on Roku is incorrect for your time zone. No worries; we are here to assist you with this.

We would like to know the following:

  • Does it happen from all channels?
  • What is your time zone?
  • When did this issue start?

In the meantime, we recommend you try the following:

  1. Software update your device
    Settings > Select System > Software update > Check now
  2. System restart your device
    Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
