When I select any channel the screen goes black for 2 seconds then comes back then goes black again. If I move to a different episode the screen does the same thing again. I have restarted Roku and this is the only use of internet I have other than my iPad. Any ideas ?
Try disabling Auto-adjust display refresh rate
Alternatively, try disabling Auto-play video:
Settings > Accessibility > Auto-play video to "Off"
