Anything I try to use on the Roku Channel comes up with a Playback error. Unfortunately we were unable to play this content. Please try again later. I’ve had this error message for 5 days and have tried numerous times again with no success. Help!!

May we know if there is an option to remove the app, perform a system reboot, and then reinstall it on your Firestick? If so, we highly recommend performing this troubleshooting method to help you with your playback issue. Additionally, kindly try connecting your streaming device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if it will make any difference.

I've been raising this for several months. Emailed roku HQ twice, no reply.
Bottom line is, roku US shows used to play outside US , but now unless I install a vpn directly onto my router, they aren't available any more. Screenshot added.

Please be advised that a Roku player should work fine in any country. However, some channels and content may work there, others will have geo-restrictions that prevent them from working, and channels may not be available on your device in that location based on each channel provider's discretion. Still, you can count on Netflix and YouTube working just about anywhere.
For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.
